Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential with competitive commission rates. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell ESG IT Consulting’s services, including security camera installations, IT support, networking solutions, and website development.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their technology needs.
Conduct sales presentations, demos, and consultations to showcase our solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Products & Solutions You’ll Be Selling:
Security Camera Systems: Lorex, Ubiquiti UniFi Protect, and other high-end surveillance solutions.
Networking Solutions: Ubiquiti UniFi platform, including UDM-Pro, UniFi switches, UniFi access points, and security gateways.
IT Support & Managed Services: Network security, cloud services, and business IT consulting.
Website Development: Custom-built business websites on the Wix platform.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service (IT sales experience is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with networking hardware and security systems, including:
Ubiquiti UniFi platform (UDM-Pro, UniFi switches, access points, and Protect cameras).
Lorex security camera systems and their features.
General knowledge of IT infrastructure and business security solutions.
Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
